I first met Kaylee and Mitchell last summer during their Belle Isle engagement session, and right away I knew they were something special. They’re one of those couples who are just easy to be around — relaxed, joyful, and always laughing together. Their connection is so natural, and photographing them feels like hanging out with old friends. Their Packard Proving Grounds wedding this past July was every bit as fun, heartfelt, and full of personality as they are.

There's something truly magical about a winter wedding, especially when it takes place in the breathtaking beauty of Michigan. To kick off the 2025 wedding season, I had the incredible opportunity to photograph Nicole and Evan's wedding at the stunning BlueBridge Events, just outside of Traverse City.
